Spa Check in
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your spa service. Arriving late will shorten your spa experience. Please understand that your treatment will end on time, as a courtesy to the next guest. We ask that you please turn off all cell phones during your treatment.
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please honor the time of the staff and other guests by providing a 24 hour notice. Repeated no-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice may require a credit card prepayment to reserve an appointment.
We accept most major credit cards and personal checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. A 50% advance deposit is required on group reservations.
