About Your Visit
Spa Check-in
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, to ensure your service will start on time. Out of respect for our spa guests we ask that you please silence or turn off your cell phone during your treatment.
Cancellations
We value your business, Your appointment are very important for us. We require a credit card to hold your appointment, cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification (no call no show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you're more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future service. If the credit card transaction is declined, the balance due will be charged to the client's spa account, and the client will be responsible for paying the balance prior to booking any future services.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards and personal checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. A 50% advance deposit is required on group reservations.
